Degree holder or above in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or Information Management
Over 7+ years relevant experience of IT service delivery management
Scrum Master/Professional Project Management (PMP) Certification from accredited intuition preferred
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience using the Atlassian suite (JIRA, Confluence, etc.) for project delivery
Previous experience with financial services (banking & insurance) and digital projects (Mobile/Web) preferred
Track record of executing projects from start to finish with a strong prioritization and time management POV
Must be fluent in English (both verbal and written) as the role involves dealing with different stakeholders in different countries.
Strong Stakeholder management skillset with proficiency and track record in building and managing productive relationships with your counterparts across functional groups, partners and customers community
Ability to manage a portfolio of expanding customers. Balancing; time management, prioritisation, customer needs and internal & external expectations
Engagement Planning - technical understanding, strategic mindset, translating our services into a tangible project plan
Engagement Execution - develop mutual close plans, identify and mitigate risk, conclude commercial agreements, status reporting, and operations
Post Engagement - ability to identify renewal and add-on opportunities, using lessons learned and looping them back into our internal best practices
Deep program management experience managing multiple projects varying in size at one time.
Track record of executing projects from start to finish with a strong prioritisation and time management POV
Ability to manage and enforce the change management process
Awareness and some experience in execution of the organisation change management and enablement initiatives
