Responsible for data center development and construction projects in Malaysia (e.g., Johor, Cyberjaya) or European markets, with emphasis on conducting technical due diligence for site selection.
Study and interpret local building codes, fire protection standards (e.g., NFPA/EN), and grid connection policies applicable in Malaysia and Europe.
Ensure project delivery meets international client standards, achieving rapid implementation while complying with local regulatory requirements.
Lead overseas bulk procurement strategies, balancing cost efficiency and project timelines between Chinese-sourced equipment and local procurement in Europe/Malaysia.
Establish and manage multi-project concurrent management mechanisms, optimizing efficiency in cross-border remote collaboration.
Requirements:
Over 10 years of relevant experience, with a global perspective and familiarity with international FIDIC contract terms.
Experience in hyperscale data center construction, preferably with exposure to projects in Malaysia or Europe.
Fluent English, with the ability to deliver local business presentations.
Proficiency in Chinese will be an advantage for cross-border collaboration.
