We Are Hiring: Project Manager / Senior Project Manager / Project Director (Data Centre Projects) - Multiple Headcounts Expansion

Join a high-performing construction team delivering mission-critical data centre projects. We are hiring experienced professionals to manage and lead end-to-end project lifecycles. Openings are available for Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Project Director roles based on experience and capability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute data centre construction projects, including planning, coordination, implementation, and timely delivery.

• Develop and revise work plans to meet project requirements, design changes, and operational needs.

• Oversee project schedules, progress updates, and documentation.

• Take full accountability for quality, cost, and time control.

• Manage site operations, enforce safety standards, and monitor project compliance.

• Apply established project management methodologies throughout the delivery process.

• Prepare for and coordinate quality assurance checks, audits, and engagement reviews.

• Lead risk identification and implement mitigation strategies.

• Manage subcontractor performance and contract administration.

• Coordinate internal and external project communications and progress meetings.

• Validate progress claims and ensure timely invoicing.

• Maintain accurate and complete project records.

• Handle project-related contractual issues, notices, and variations.

• Support the tendering process when required.

• Any additional tasks assigned by project leadership.
  

• Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Civil & Structural (C&S) or Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, ideally in data centre, industrial, or large-scale mega projects construction.

• Proven leadership and coordination skills across multidisciplinary teams.

• Experience in fast-paced, mission-critical environments is an added advantage.

• Strong knowledge of project documentation, contract administration, and site operations.
