Bureau Veritas is seeking an experienced
Project Engineer (Architecture) to support a large-scale mission-critical infrastructure project in Malaysia. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with project stakeholders and contribute to the delivery of a high-profile development.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor site construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Conduct regular inspections of architectural and building works.
- Review materials, workmanship, and installation quality.
- Identify and report non-conformance issues and monitor corrective actions.
- Participate in site meetings and coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams.
- Maintain accurate inspection records and progress reports.
- Support quality assurance and quality control activities throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Building, Construction, or related field.
- Registered with LAM or relevant professional body is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of construction project experience.
- Good knowledge of construction drawings, local regulations, and site inspection practices.
- Experience in data centre, industrial, commercial, or large-scale infrastructure projects will be an advantage.
- Able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin.
