Industrial Automation MNC with a specialized engineering division focusing on control systems, instrumentation, and high-reliability system integration, including design, testing, commissioning, and maintenance support.
Job Descriptions:
Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.
Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects.
Perform overall quality control of the work in regards to budget, schedule, plans, personnel's performance and report regularly on project status.
Assist managers and other staff with procurement of necessary materials and equipment.
Assist with developing procedures and driving continuous improvement throughout all engineering operations by focusing on safety, production goals and problem solving.
Making design that is comply based on ISA-84/IEC-61511 standards
Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions
Conducting FAT & SAT with client to ensure the reliability of system that is being fabricated.
Perform preventive maintenance service on DCS & FSC system (computer equipments and controllers) according to schedules for all the customers site.
Maintain performance and condition of equipment at customers site.
Conduct corrective service and repair / restoration works where and when necessary.
Diagnosing system breakdown & trouble-shooting.
Attend safety and technical training from time to time.
Maintaining excellent rapport and healthy working relationship with customers.
Additional or new responsibilities shall be assigned from time to time as when necessary.
Requirements:
Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or any related engineering discipline
2–3 years of working experience in DCS, Safety Systems or PLC
Strong knowledge of electrical and electronic circuits with troubleshooting skills
Possess own transport and willing to travel extensively on short notice
Willing to travel to Sarawak and offshore assignments
