Role Summary
Lead plant engineering projects and oversee operations & maintenance within a manufacturing facility. Work closely with China-based HQ and engineering teams to ensure safe, on-time project delivery, plant reliability, and energy efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead plant engineering, expansion, and retrofit projects (HVAC, E&M)
- Manage plant operations & maintenance (O&M) and major system modifications
- Review engineering designs, drawings, and technical solutions
- Ensure safety, quality, schedule control, and project acceptance
- Drive KPIs including energy-saving and equipment utilization targets
- Lead and develop technicians and site engineering teams
- Ensure plant reliability, energy supply continuity, and cost-effective upgrades
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Facilities, or related Engineering
- 8+ years of experience in manufacturing plant engineering or facilities
- Strong HVAC, E&M, and O&M background
- Mandarin Chinese: Required for communication with China-based stakeholders
