Job Summary

  1. Responsible to review On-time completion of assigned NPI milestones.
  2. Develops and owns the project plan, establishing a roadmap with clear deliverables and timelines.
  3. Accountable for the overall success of the project, including cost, schedule, quality, and scope.

Main Responsibilities

  1. To support the Project Management Manager in developing and maintaining the NPI Master Schedule
  2. To manage and coordinate daily NPI project execution activities with internal core team.
  3. To update project timelines, action trackers, and status reports. Escalate risks early if necessary.
  4. To prepare and maintain the master Gantt chart ensure APQP deliverables for assigned customer projects
  5. To manage and ensure NPIs, ECN or PPAP and FAI submission as per committed lead time.
  6. To attend and update the project status to customer during weekly or Bi-weekly meeting.
  7. To ensure meeting to Goal and KPIs develop.
  8. To setting up coding standards in an SAP system for manufacturing involves.
  9. To work with core team for preparing the shipping documents.

Qualifications

  1. Diploma or Degree in Project Management or Process Engineering or any related field.
  2. Minimum 2 3 years working experience in related field.
  3. Proficient in Excel, MS Project, SAP, and basic CAD (SolidWorks/AutoCAD) exposure.
  4. Self-driven, organized, and capable of managing multiple customer projects concurrently.
  5. Familiar with APQP, PPAP, DFM, DFA , and Lean Manufacturing principles
  6. Strong communication and coordination skills across functions.
