What You'll Do
- Lead tender support by providing technical clarifications, documentation, and engineering input
- Manage post-sales execution including coordinating technical drawings, material submissions, and project delivery timelines
- Oversee on-site installations and commissioning works, ensuring compliance with drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with stakeholders including internal teams, subcontractors, and client representatives
- Track project progress and documentation, and updates for Project Manager and clients
What You'll Need
- Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics or related Engineering discipline
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Multi-lingual proficiency in Bahasa, English and Mandarin to effectively engage with Mandarin-speaking clients
- Willingness to be based in Simpang Ampat, Penang, with flexibility for overseas assignments (minimum 1 year for candidates willing to be stationed in Hungary)
Good To Have
- Experience in handling industrial, HVAC, M&E, or equipment supply projects.
- Able to read, interpret, and prepare engineering drawings.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.
