Project Engineer (Property Developer)

Job Description:

• Manage and execute site in accordance to project master schedule
• Assist Manager in project management and construction activities
• Liaise with consultants in project matters
• Lead and control COW in quality inspection and ensuring approved materials and standards applied
• Organize consultant and contractor technical meeting and prepare minutes
• Monitor defects work's progress and report to management.
• Execute proper documentation on incoming and outgoing information
• Ensure compliance with legal and other requirements applicable to the projects
• Conduct joint inspection/ site walk with related parties for site issues
• Liaise with local authorities on submission and approval as and when required

Job Requirements:

• Possess a Degree in Engineering (Civil Engineering) or equivalent.
• At least 2-3 years relevant working experiences in property / construction / engineering industry is required.
• Required spoken and written language: English, Bahasa Malaysia
• Candidate must possess own transport and willing to travel.
• High integrity in carrying out duties.
