Lead projects from RFQ and new product introduction (NPI) through production implementation and final customer buy-off, ensuring project objectives, timelines, and customer requirements are achieved.
Review customer drawings, specifications, and product requirements, and conduct feasibility studies to determine the most suitable manufacturing processes and technical solutions.
Coordinate with customers, suppliers, procurement, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage and maintain project documentation, including BOM, ECN, engineering drawings, specifications, and other relevant engineering records.
Develop, review, and maintain engineering procedures in compliance with the company's Management System, quality standards, and Code of Conduct.
Lead or support APQP and PPAP activities, including the review of PFMEA, Control Plan, Process Flow, ISIR, Cp/Cpk, Cmk, and PSW documentation to ensure customer and quality requirements are met.
Coordinate and oversee product fitting, functional, electrical, and software testing to verify product performance, reliability, and compliance with customer specifications.
Monitor project progress against the master schedule, resolve technical and project issues, prepare project status reports and meeting minutes, and drive continuous improvement in project execution and manufacturing processes.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Industrial Engineering or an equivalent discipline.
Minimum 2 year of working experience in Project Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, NPI, or a related engineering field.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, engineering documentation (e.g., BOM, ECN), and project coordination. Experience in SMT, semiconductor, or related manufacturing industries is an added advantage.
Familiarity with APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, and other quality tools is an added advantage.
