What would you be doing:
- Coordinate day-to-day tasks and operational workflows between the Operations, Customer Service, and internal project teams.
- Act as a key liaison between departments to ensure smooth communication and task alignment.
- Maintain and update project documentation, meeting notes, timelines, and reports.
- Track project and task milestones, follow up on action items, and flag any risks or delays.
- Prepare internal updates, presentations, and progress reports for key stakeholders.
- Support system-related tasks, including updating CRM tools like Fasttrack and Smartico.
- Assist in basic HTML tasks (e.g., formatting emails, content updates) when needed.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- 1-2 years of experience in a Project Executive, Project Coordinator, or Operations Support role.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Communications, Project Management, or a related field.
- Strong awareness and sharp attention to detail when managing multiple tasks.
- Working knowledge of CRM tools (Fasttrack, Smartico) and basic HTML.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal and ability to collaborate across teams.
- Proven adaptability and eagerness to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
- A proactive mindset, with a willingness to learn and grow.
