Project IE Engineer

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Finance, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates from other disciplines should have 2–3 years of IE-related experience.
• Familiar with IE tools and concepts such as ECRS, Line Balancing, and process improvement.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical skills with a willingness to learn.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage factory manpower planning and control labor costs.
• Develop standard manpower requirements for production operations.
• Forecast manpower and labor costs based on production orders.
• Analyze operational data and recommend improvement opportunities.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
