Project Landscape Manager
Responsibilities:
- To plan and supervise a wide range of landscape projects from start to finish. Oversee the entire project site and liaise with client, consultants, subcon so that the site progress is per schedule and able to resolve arising issues timely.
- To lead the construction team of landscape architects and supervisors. Implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions to ensure smooth operation.
- Manage the day-to-day working, utilisation, implementation and technical consultants engaged on client assignments
- Supervise and/or direct the work of staff and consultants, providing guidance and training as and when required
- To prepare progress report, work programs and schedules, and associate reports.
- Assist the company director and team in project tender activities.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Degree, Professional Degree in Project Management or Landscape Architecture or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Chinese
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Responsible, pleasant and independent personality.
- Organised, self-disciplined and self-driven.
- Will to work or travel outstation.
