Manage the Right of Way (ROW) application process, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and timely approvals
Oversee the Permit to Work (PTW) application and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to facilitate site access and construction activities
Handle the Development Order (DO) application process, ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared and submitted to consultant for local authorities submission
Liaise with various local authorities to obtain necessary permits and approvals for project execution, including but not limited to environmental, building, and operational permits
Ensure compliance with all permitting and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle
Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to gather required information and documentation for permit applications
Monitor and track the status of all permit applications and approvals, providing regular updates to project stakeholders
Identify potential regulatory risks and provide proactive solutions to mitigate delays in the permitting process
Establish and maintain strong relationships with local authorities, regulatory bodies, and other key stakeholders
Stay updated with changes in local regulations, policies, and procedures that may impact the project approvals
Support project management teams in resolving any permitting-related challenges that arise during project execution
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in permitting, regulatory approvals, or project coordination within the renewable energy or construction industry
Strong understanding of local authority processes and requirements related to ROW, PTW, and DO applications
Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with regulatory bodies and stakeholders
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and project management tools
Willingness to travel to project sites and local authorities as required
