Job Description

Job Description:

  • Manage new and existing digital credit products including partnerships, product development, change management, establish business operational processes, reporting of business performance and support in regulatory matters
  • Drive business alignment and manage cross functional stakeholders such as Marketing, Product, Legal, Compliance, Operations, Finance, Shopee teams etc.
  • Manage the project timelines across functional teams to ensure timely implementation and meet the overall business objectives
  • Optimise product performance by analysing business metrics, identify gaps and recommending improvements area to drive profitability and continuous business growth
  • Develop product and industry insights based on user surveys, market research on industry best practices and competitors offerings

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in financial services sector related field highly preferred - across functions in business development, product design or commercials negotiation
  • Excellent analytical and independent problem solving skills with strong logical thinking and quantitative analysis ability
  • Proactive, open to learn, strong stakeholder management, enjoy managing multiple projects (multitasker) and a team player
  • Agile, comfortable working in a dynamic and fast paced environment
  • A willingness to get involved in the business to understand the story behind the numbers
  • A fast learner who is meticulous and detail-mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
