About The Role
We are seeking a versatile Project Consultant to support the full deal-to-delivery lifecycle across consulting, business analysis, project coordination, pre-sales, and delivery governance. This role is ideal for a high-performing generalist who enjoys cross-functional exposure and is looking to grow into future leadership roles within Project Management, Consulting, or Business Analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Client Advisory & Problem-Solving
- Engage clients to understand business objectives, challenges, and priorities.
- Apply structured problem-solving techniques and develop business cases, ROI models, and strategic recommendations.
- Provide industry insights, best practices, and consulting perspectives to support client decision-making.
Requirements Elicitation & Business Analysis
- Conduct workshops, interviews, and analysis sessions with business and technical stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Perform process mapping, gap analysis, and future-state design using BPMN, UML, and related modelling techniques.
- Develop wireframes and prototypes using tools such as Figma, Balsamiq, or Visio.
Pre-Sales Support & Proposal Development
- Support discovery sessions, solution shaping, and proposal preparation for client opportunities.
- Conduct research on industries, technologies, and competitors.
- Assist with effort estimation, costing, proposal documentation, and client presentations.
Project Planning & Delivery Support
- Support project planning, scheduling, tracking, risk management, and governance activities.
- Maintain project documentation, RAID logs, status reports, and project trackers using tools such as JIRA, MS Project, Azure DevOps, or ServiceNow.
- Coordinate project meetings, Agile ceremonies, and stakeholder updates.
Data Analysis, Testing & Quality Assurance
- Analyze data and prepare reports or dashboards using Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Support QA and UAT activities including test scenarios, defect tracking, and solution validation.
- Ensure delivered solutions align with business requirements and project objectives.
Governance & Stakeholder Management
- Support governance reporting, risk tracking, change management, and project financial monitoring.
- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders across sales, delivery, finance, and technology teams.
Continuous Learning & Capability Building
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and modern delivery practices.
- Pursue relevant certifications such as PMP, Scrum, ITIL, CBAP, SAFe, or cloud certifications.
- Contribute to reusable frameworks, templates, and knowledge assets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Economics, or related fields.
- 4–7 years of experience in consulting, business analysis, PMO, project delivery, or pre-sales support.
- Strong exposure to Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Experience in requirements gathering, process modelling, stakeholder management, and project coordination.
- Proficiency in BPMN, UML, Figma, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, and project management tools.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, Scrum, ITIL, CBAP, or SAFe are highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Exposure to industries such as Telecom, BFSI, Retail, Healthcare, Cloud, Data, or Digital Transformation is an added advantage.
