Project Management Executive

Job Descriptions:

> Project planning, scheduling, and coordination of tasks and resources.

> Liaise with internal teams (design, copy) and vendors to ensure deliverables meet client expectations.

> Act as the primary point of contact for clients on day-to-day project matters, addressing inquiries and issues promptly.

> Track project progress, maintain documentation, and update status reports regularly.

> Organize project meetings, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.

> Maintain and update project management tools and databases.

> Provide administrative support such as scheduling, invoice tracking, and filing.

> Assist in evaluating project performance and recommending process improvements.

> Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

Job Requirement:

> Strong negotiation and account management skill with an ability to plan and prioritise.

> Good organization, planning skills and attention to detail.

> Have good command of English, both verbally and in writing.

> At least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Mass Communication or equivalent.

> Preferably 1+ years working at an advertising, public relations or creative agency.

> A team player who is also able to work independently and take strong accountability and ownership in task and deliverables.

> Ability to conduct research, analyze data and work on presentations.

> Effective persuasive skill through verbal and written communications.

> Capable to multi-task, prioritize, manage time efficiency, work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
