General Summary of Position
We are seeking a highly motivated, analytical, and detail-oriented intern to join our Project Management Department. The Project Management Intern will provide valuable support to the Associate Director and the department at large. The role requires strong analytical skills with a focus on Microsoft Applications (Especially Excel) and Power BI. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
What would your role look like
Reporting to Assoc Director, Project Management, you will be :
Assist in the creation, analysis, and review of project data.
Conduct data analysis using Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and other data management tools.
Support in tracking project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
Assist with the creation of visual data reports and presentations using Power BI.
Provide support in project coordination, including meeting setup, minutes taking, and follow-up on action items.
Assist with the preparation of project documentation and reports.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant project data.
Perform additional tasks and projects as assigned by the Associate Director.
What you will bring:
Current student or recent graduate with a Masters/Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Analytics or a related field.
Prior internship or academic experience in project management is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, vlookups, and other advanced functions.
Experience with Power BI or a similar data visualization tool is strongly preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
This is a full-time internship position.
The position will require working in an office environment and may require some remote work.
