Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Project Management Intern role based in Semenyih, with flexibility for some work-from-home days. The intern will support project and program managers in planning, tracking, and coordinating training and consultancy initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with project scheduling, updating project documentation, preparing status reports, and monitoring deliverables and timelines. The role also involves communicating with internal stakeholders, helping organize meetings and events, capturing action items, and following up on progress. The intern will contribute to process improvements, conduct basic analysis on project data, and support the smooth execution of programs across GETAcademy.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret project data, identify issues, and support decision-making.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.
- Foundational Project Management and Project Planning skills to assist with timelines, deliverables, and resource coordination.
- Interest or basic exposure to Program Management, including supporting multiple related projects or initiatives.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in business, management, education, or a related field.
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, online meeting platforms).
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work collaboratively in a hybrid setup based in Semenyih.
