Role Description

This is a 2 years contract on-site role located in WP. Kuala Lumpur for a PMO (Project Management Office) professional. We are looking for few posts as below:

1) PMO Lead

2) PMO Analyst

3) Business Analysis

They will be responsible for overseeing and governing multiple projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Day-to-day tasks include managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, monitoring progress, identifying risks, understand business requirements and implementing solutions. The role will also involve facilitating communication between stakeholders and providing regular updates on project developments and performance.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Project Management and Program Management, with expertise in managing multiple projects and driving successful outcomes.
  • Able to conduct and gather end-to-end business process requirement. This is applicable for Business Analyst role
  • Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate project data, assess risks, and implement appropriate strategies.
  • Effective Communication skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including technical teams and decision-makers.
  • Experience in Budgeting and resource allocation to ensure efficient use of financial and operational resources.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulatory and compliance standards in the financial services industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, or a related field is desirable.
