Hiring: Junior PMO Analyst (Banking Domain)
Employment Type: Contract (Yearly renewable)
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior PMO Analyst to support project governance, reporting, and coordination activities within a dynamic banking environment. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career to gain exposure to large-scale transformation and regulatory projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the PMO team in maintaining project governance frameworks, standards, and documentation
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and tracking across multiple initiatives
- Prepare and maintain status reports, dashboards, and project updates for stakeholders
- Track project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely escalation
- Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes of meeting (MoM), and follow up on action items
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations, internal policies, and audit requirements
- Support resource tracking, budgeting, and project financial reporting
- Maintain project documentation in centralized tools and repositories
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in PMO / Project Coordination / Project Support roles
- Strong knowledge of project management concepts and lifecycle
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, MS Project, or similar PM tools is a plus
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Preferred Experience
- Exposure to banking or financial services projects
- Understanding of regulatory, risk, or compliance-driven environments
- Experience supporting technology or digital transformation projects
