Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior PMO with experience in networking projects to support project governance, tracking, reporting, and coordination activities. The ideal candidate should have exposure to network infrastructure projects such as LAN, WAN, firewall deployments, cloud connectivity, or data center networking initiatives.
This role works closely with Project Managers, Network Engineers, Vendors, and Stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and reporting of networking programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Support project planning, scheduling, and tracking for networking initiatives
- Maintain project documentation including project charters, RAID logs, status reports, and dashboards
- Track project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and risks
- Coordinate with network teams for deployment schedules and updates
- Monitor resource allocation and utilization
- Prepare weekly/monthly project status reports for leadership
- Ensure compliance with PMO governance standards and templates
- Assist in vendor coordination and follow-ups
- Support change management and configuration documentation
- Track project budgets and support financial reporting
- Organize project meetings and maintain MOM (Minutes of Meeting)
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 24 years of experience in PMO or Project Coordination roles
- Exposure to Networking projects (LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, Firewalls, Routers, Switches, Data Center Networks)
- Understanding of basic networking concepts
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint
- Experience with project management tools (JIRA, ServiceNow, Smartsheet, etc.)
- Good understanding of project lifecycle (Waterfall/Agile basics)
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- Good analytical and reporting skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in PMP / CAPM / Prince2 (preferred but not mandatory)
- ITIL Foundation certification
- Exposure to cloud networking (AWS/Azure) is a plus
