Manage new and existing insurance products, including reporting, coordination, and support in regulatory matters
Optimise product portfolio by analysing business metrics, recommending improvements area to drive profitability and continuous business growth
Develop product insights based on primary research for key commercial, market and service programs
Manage the project timelines in across functional structure to ensure timely and consistent delivery of the overall business objectives
Drive business alignment and manage cross functional stakeholders such as Marketing, Product, Legal, Ops, Finance, Compliance, etc.
Develop proposals and negotiate contracts with potential partners to ensure that all parties needs are met
Undertake ad hoc / additional planning and budgeting activities where required

Requirements

Previous experience in insurance related field highly preferred - touching on marketing, operations, product design and commercials
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with strong logical thinking and quantitative analysis ability
Proactive, open to learn, strong builder and intrapreneurial mindset, ready to get hands dirty
Strong stakeholder management and enjoy managing multiple projects (multitasker)
Agile, comfortable working in a dynamic environment
A willingness to get involved in the business to understand the story behind the numbers
A fast learner who is meticulous and detail-mindset
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
