Role Description

The Project Management Specialist will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of cybersecurity projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Responsibilities include scheduling resources, coordinating penetration testing teams, monitoring project progress, and resolving any issues that arise inclusive timeline shift. The role also involves effective communication with stakeholders to provide updates and manage expectations. This is a full-time, on-site position based in WP. Kuala Lumpur.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong Project Management and Program Management expertise, including the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Proficiency in Project Planning and organizational skills to manage resources and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear interaction with team members and stakeholders.
• Well-developed Analytical Skills to assess project performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts and practices especially in penetration testing is a strong plus.
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or similar qualifications is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
