Role Purpose

Support the Senior Project Manager in coordinating project activities, tracking timelines and dependencies, facilitating communication across teams, and ensuring transparency of project progress.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and regularly update project trackers, timelines, milestones, and action logs.

• Collect, consolidate, and validate project timelines and status updates from multiple stakeholders.

• Track open actions, risks, dependencies, and follow up with owners on outstanding items.

• Organize project meetings, identify suitable time slots, coordinate attendees, and manage meeting logistics.

• Prepare meeting agendas, document meeting minutes, and track action items to completion.

• Support project reporting by preparing status updates.

• Ensure project documentation is accurate, organized, and up to date.

• Help to coordinate communication between Product, Risk, Operations, IT, and other stakeholder groups.

• Escalate overdue actions and potential timeline risks to the Project Manager.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator, PMO Analyst, Project Administrator, or Junior Project Manager.

• Experience working in project-driven environments with multiple stakeholders.

• Strong knowledge of project tracking and reporting practices.

• Hands-on experience with project management and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, Lark, Excel/Google Sheets).

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities simultaneously.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in FinTech, Risk, Operations, Compliance, Fraud, or Technology projects.

• Experience working with international teams.

• Chinese language skills would be considered an advantage.
