Location: Kuala Lumpur, Johor, Gelang Patah

Position: 

PROJECT MANAGER JOB SUMMARY: 

Lead planning, implementation, and monitoring of all technical and regulatory requirements aspects of the network. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Creates and executes project works plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing requirements. 

• Complete full project responsibility in all areas of project execution. 

• Meet or exceed project goals established by Management. 

• Project Scheduling, scheduling updates, schedule management and documentation. 

• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of project and scope. 

• Effectively applies Project Management methodology. • Prepare engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures. 

• Effectively manages project risk through mitigation planning.

 • Subcontract administration and control management. 

• Project communication, meetings and coordination. 

• Determine progress claim and ensure timely and complete invoice.

 • Ensure project documents are complete, current and stored appropriately. 

• Manage project contract issues and notices and assist the team accordingly. 

• Support tender processes. 

• Any other duties assigned by Supervisor. 

SUPERVISION: 

• Receives daily supervision and workload from Group Project Director. 

• Receives general supervision from Group Project Director when required.
