As part of the Business Applications Services (BAS) Tribe, our mission is to deliver and
continuously enhance Ordering, Billing, Finance, and Provisioning services while
evolving our on-premises and cloud technology stack. Several years into this
transformation journey, we are advancing the consolidation and modernization of our
technology landscape and seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead initiatives
focused on Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC).
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Define project roadmap, set milestones, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery.
- Technical Coordination: Collaborate with all squads in our tribe, including product owners and Engineer Lead, and our company cybersecurity Partners.
- Regulatory & Standards Compliance: Stay up to date with NIST recommendations and other guidelines for PQC migration.
- Risk Management: Identify risks related to cryptographic transition and develop mitigating actions.
- Communication: Enable a PQC community within the Tribe. Provide regular status and reporting to the tribe leadership and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Budget & Resource Management: Oversee allocated budgets and optimize resource utilization.
Required Skills:
- 7+ years of experience in IT project management, ideally in cybersecurity or cryptography.
- Strong understanding of cryptographic protocols and post-quantum security challenges.
- Professional English language skills
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (Jira, MS Project).
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with a pragmatic approach to cybersecurity challenges
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic, international environment
- Organized and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Passionate for continuous improvement and high-quality work deliverables
- Inclusive, collaborative, delivery-focused and with strong stakeholder management skills
- Strong communication (written and oral) and presentation skills
Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Cybersecurity, or related field.
- Project management certifications (PMP, Prince2) and/or cybersecurity certifications (CISSP, CISM) are a plus.
