Project Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution: Develop project plans, define scope, set timelines, allocate resources, and monitor progress.
• Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, vendors, and senior management.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure proactive issue resolution.
• Resource Management: Oversee project budgets, optimize resource utilization, and ensure cost efficiency.
• Agile & Scrum Management: Facilitate Agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives), track backlog, and manage sprint deliverables.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business objectives.
• Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Status Reporting: Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Compliance & Documentation: Maintain project documentation, ensure adherence to policies, and align with compliance standards.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: B.E / B.Tech in IT, Computer Science, Electronics or related field.
• Experience: 10+ Years in project management, preferably in Telecom, IT industries.
• Certifications (Optional): PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, PMI-ACP, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, or equivalent).
• Experience deploying applications in Java, MEAN, Opensource, Android and Structured and unstructured databases, Integrations with enterprise applications including CRM, Billing, ERP, Payment Gateways, SMS Gateways, Email Gateways with deployments delivered on Inhouse Datacentres and Cloud.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
• Expertise in Networking related technology stacks
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Conflict resolution and stakeholder negotiation skills
