Pro Cahaya Industries is seeking an experienced
Project Manager to lead project execution from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery meets scope, timeline, quality, and customer expectations. Candidates with experience in
process automation (SCADA/PLC), MES, software development, or digital transformation are preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, while
PMP certification is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct and manage project development or service order from beginning to end with built in contingencies.
- Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
- Effective communicate project/customers expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
- Liaise with project stakeholders or any related parties on an ongoing basis.
- Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve the goals.
- Manage, monitor and motivate the cross functional team assigned to the project/ service order.
- Determine and assess need for additional staff and make appropriate recruitments if necessary, during project cycle.
- Build, develop and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project/ order.
- Monitor progress to keep project/service schedule on track.
- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within team members.
- Conduct performance review on staffs.
- Identify the training needs on each staff for personal development.
- Responsible to evaluate performance of Supplier, subcontractor; and
- Perform all other duties, activities and responsibilities that may assigned by superior whenever necessary from time to time.
Key Requirements
- Excellent Problem Solving/Analysis, Project Management, Leadership, Teamwork Skills.
- Process Automation (SCADA /PLC), MES, Software Development and Digital Transformation background or experience required.
- Experience in Agile Development and Project.
- Good Communication Proficiency in English, Mandarin, Malay.
- Customer/Client Focus & Business Acumen with goal-driven person who is able to develop and tract budget.
- Preferably with Qualities of High Confidence, Integrity, Intelligence, Professionalism.
- Preferably with outgoing, enthusiastic, proactive, creative (with strong ethic) personalities.
- Ability to coach, mentor, empathize people while improving the process.
- Willingness to self-evaluate & improve job related skills.
