As a Project Manager, your main responsibility will be to deliver amazing projects to the highest standards while also ensuring customer satisfaction. This includes working with related parties internally and on-site to coordinate the project delivery. You will supervise all subcontractors and oversee the whole process of a project. This is a challenging yet very interesting and rewarding position.
Responsibilities mainly include:
- Implement security projectsaccording toBluOcean standards and achieve the highest client satisfaction.
- Manage LSP (Local Service Providers) and local contractorsto deliver excellentsecurity system installation and implementation.
- Manage cost and meet BluOcean budget requirements.
- Testing and commissioningsecurity systems for BluOcean customers.
- Produce programming matrix and testing plansfor security projects and services.
- Workwith related parties to ensure excellentsecurity system installation and on-site coordination.
- Provide technical support for the sales team as required.
- Provide system design and consultation for customers when required.
- Provide system training to customers.
- Provide service troubleshooting, routine maintenance, power shutdown,and other maintenance-related services to BluOcean customers.
- Produceservice reports to customers on time.
- Support overseas projects and servicecases remotely or in person as required.
- Travel overseas when a project or service case requires.
- To provide weekend or after-hoursstandby for BluOcean projects and services when needed.
- Anything else that may be needed from time to time.
- Inspecting sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
- Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors.
- Educating site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocol.
- Be the main point of contact with the customer regarding project issues.
- Provide ideas for improvement.
Main Qualifications we are looking for:
- Possess a Minimal Diploma and Bachelor Degree in relevant field in Electronics and Electrical Engineering, or similar Computer Science and Engineering.
- Have a minimal experience of 8 years in Security and System Integrator field.
- Great communicator. Ability to communicate and coordinate among various parties.
- Ability to get things done within a tight schedule.
- Ability to effectively communicate in English.
- Proven Experience managing large multi-site projects involving multiple sub-system and demanding customers.
- Familiar with access control, CCTV and alarm systems.
- Past experience with Lenel, GE, Cisco, S2 systems is a clear advantage.
- Client service oriented.
