Job Overview:
We are seeking a visionary Project Manager to orchestrate large-scale, mission-critical digital transformations centered on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O). This leadership role is responsible for the end-to-end strategic delivery of complex ERP programs, ensuring absolute alignment between global technology standards and regional business imperatives across the ASEAN landscape.
Job Responsibilities:
- Strategic Program Ownership: Drive the full lifecycle of high-stakes ERP transformations, from multi-year roadmap planning and budget governance to regional deployment and post-implementation maturity.
- Adherence to Success by Design: Enforce Microsoft's Success by Design framework as the core methodology to mitigate architectural risks and ensure a high-performing system environment.
- Financial Domain Leadership: Serve as the primary bridge to the Finance function, ensuring the D365 solution is architected to support complex fiscal reporting, regional compliance, and streamlined financial operations.
- High-Level Stakeholder Orchestration: Act as the trusted advisor for senior leadership and C-suite stakeholders, translating technical milestones into business value and driving regional consensus.
- Hybrid Delivery Management: Lead large-scale, multi-disciplinary Onshore and Offshore teams, maintaining a culture of accountability, high-quality execution, and rigorous adherence to timelines.
- Regional Governance & Rollouts: Oversee complex, multi-country implementations (e.g., Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand), ensuring local legal and fiscal requirements are harmonized within the global template.
- Risk & Resource Optimization: Proactively manage program-level risks, issues, and resource allocations to ensure the transformation remains on track and within financial parameters.
Qualifications:
- Extensive Experience: A minimum of 18+ years of total experience in IT/Business transformation, with a proven track record of delivering at least 5 major ERP programs as a Program or Project Manager.
- D365 Specialization: Must have led at least 1 full End-to-End (E2E) D365 F&O implementation within the ASEAN region (e.g., Singapore, Malaysia).
- Finance Mastery: Strong background as a Finance domain resource; able to speak the language of CFOs and Controllers to translate financial needs into technical reality.
- Methodology Expert: Deeply adept in the Microsoft Success by Design framework and experienced in managing onshore-offshore delivery teams.
- Communication: Exceptional English communication and high-level stakeholder management skills are mandatory for this regional leadership role.
