Project Manager (Civil & Marine Construction)

Role Summary

The Project Manager will be responsible for leading end-to-end delivery of civil and marine construction projects, ensuring alignment with project scope, budget, timeline, quality, and safety standards. The role requires strong coordination across internal departments, contractors, consultants, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and compliant project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of infrastructure and construction projects.
• Develop project schedules, resource allocation plans, and milestone tracking mechanisms.
• Manage project cost, quality, timeline, and operational performance.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Engineering, Facilities, HSSE, Supply Chain, Finance, and Legal.
• Oversee contractor and vendor performance, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and contractual obligations.
• Manage contract administration including variations, claims, and project documentation.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation and compliance strategies.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards, regulatory requirements, governance policies, and audit readiness.
• Liaise with consultants, authorities, and third-party stakeholders for approvals and project coordination.
• Prepare project progress reports and maintain stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or equivalent).
• Minimum 8–12 years of experience in project management, infrastructure, or construction environments.
• Proven experience managing large-scale or complex infrastructure projects.
• Experience in port, logistics, marine, or industrial projects is an added advantage.
