Job Description

Job Summary

The CSA Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering all Civil, Structural, and Architectural works for the project. This includes structural systems for multi-level car parks, data center buildings, and associated facility rooms, ensuring compliance with design, safety, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Execution

  • Develop and manage CSA project schedules, budgets, and resources.
  • Ensure timely execution of all structural and architectural works.

2. Civil & Structural Management

  • Oversee excavation, foundations, structural steel, and reinforced concrete works.
  • Ensure structural integrity for multi-level car parks and data center buildings.
  • Coordinate load requirements and structural provisions for MEP systems.

3. Architectural Works

  • Manage façade, finishes, roofing, access systems, and interior works.
  • Ensure architectural compliance with design specifications and functional needs (especially for data center environments).

4. Design Coordination

  • Review CSA drawings and coordinate with consultants.
  • Resolve site conflicts and manage design revisions.

5. Construction Supervision

  • Monitor contractors work progress and productivity.
  • Ensure construction activities meet quality and safety standards.

6. Quality & Compliance

  • Implement QA/QC procedures and inspections.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and international standards.

7. HSE Management

  • Enforce health and safety policies on-site.
  • Conduct safety audits and risk assessments.

8. Stakeholder Coordination

  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities.
  • Lead progress meetings and reporting.

9. Handover

  • Oversee final inspections and snagging.
  • Ensure proper documentation (as-built drawings, handover reports).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
  • 6–10 years of experience in large-scale construction projects.
  • Experience in car parks and data center structures preferred.

Key Skills

  • Strong knowledge of structural systems and construction methods.
  • Leadership and contractor management.

Proficiency in Primavera/MS Project
