Project Manager (Construction, High-rise)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project delivery from site mobilization to completion and handover.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Coordinate with consultants, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients.
• Monitor site progress, quality, and safety compliance.
• Identify risks, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee procurement, contract administration, and cost control.
• Conduct regular site meetings and provide progress reports to management.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and company SOPs.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 815 years of experience in construction, with proven experience in high-rise projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and project management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera).
• Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
• Willing to be based on-site.
