Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
Job Requirements
Candidate must prossess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Degree, Advanced Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and regulations.
