Job Description

Job Responsibility

Project Planning And Coordination

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with plans and specifications.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must prossess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Degree, Advanced Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and regulations.
