Our Client is a global logistics player and they are seeking a Project Manager to lead the implementation of new business initiatives, operational expansions, and internal improvement projects. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered within defined scope, timeline, and budget.
Key Responsibilities - Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure seamless project execution.
- Deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Define project scope, objectives, and ensure alignment with stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to internal project management methodologies.
- Plan and allocate resources effectively across projects.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans to track progress.
- Manage project changes in a structured and controlled manner.
- Provide regular updates and reporting to stakeholders.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
- Escalate issues appropriately when necessary.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Requirements - Possess a Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- Possess at least 3 years of experience in project management or implementation within warehouse or 3PL operations.
- Posess strong technical understanding of warehousing processes and systems.
- Willingness to travel domestically and regionally as required.
