To ensure the projects/works are completed with safety, on time, within budget, and of quality works to the satisfaction of customers and/or consultants.
To gather marketing information from customers/customers representatives pertaining to possible projects and /or job leads through the project execution.
To ensure all relevant technical expertise/knowledge are made available to the site staff.
To prepare Construction Work Programme, Project Execution Plan and Progress Report.
Execute in accordance with the Construction Work Programme and Project Execution Plan
Ensure Shop Drawings are developed properly and implemented
Approve of Shop Drawings
To coordinate Builder's and M & E's works to accomplish all the site activities.
To coordinate all subcontractors to accomplish the site activities.
To lead and motivate all staff in the project.
To organize relevant meetings in the project.
To be the Chairman of Occupational Safety and Health Committee for the project.
To prepare customized KTMS requirements for the project.
To liaise with customers, consultants and design team for continual good relationship.
To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the KTMS.
To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the superior.
Requirements:
Degree / Diploma in Civil / Structural / Engineering or Quantity Survey.
With 5 years working experience in building construction as main contractor would be added advantage.
Able to lead and work with minimum supervision.
Possess good communication and writing.
Strong command of English & computer literate.
Possess own transport and willing to travel and relocate.
