We're looking for a PMP-certified Project Manager cum Business Analyst to lead digital transformation and core insurance system initiatives within a banking and insurance environment. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end project delivery from planning and execution to stakeholder alignment while also driving business analysis, process mapping, and system implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead full project lifecycle (IT, digital transformation, regulatory initiatives)
Coordinate cross-functional teams & vendors
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements (Underwriting, Claims, Finance, etc.)
Manage UAT, process improvements, and system enhancements
Requirements:
-Bachelor's Degree in IT, Business, or related field
-PMP Certification (Mandatory)
-Minimum 5 years experience in insurance systems implementation
-Strong knowledge of general insurance processes and project governance
-Proficient in Mandarin and English
