Project Manager (Data Center Construction) - Iskandar Puteri - Up To RM20K

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resources, and risk management strategies.

Oversee all phases of the construction project from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project specifications and standards.

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

Provide clear direction, set performance expectations, and conduct regular progress reviews with team members.

• Manage project budgets, including cost estimates, financial reporting, and ensuring cost control measures are in place.

Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.

Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to address emerging risks and issues.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications, ensuring stakeholders are informed of progress, changes, and issues.

Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and other key stakeholders.

• Ensure all project activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

• Technical Skills:

• Data Center Infrastructure:

Understanding of data center components, including cooling systems, power distribution, network cabling, and security systems.

• Construction Management:

Proficiency in construction methodologies, project planning, and execution.

• M&E Systems:

Expertise in the design, installation, and maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems critical to data center operations.

• Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction projects, preferably in data centers or similar infrastructure.

Proficiency in project management software and tools.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
