The Project Manager is a dual‑function role combining commercial leadership and technical project execution expertise.

The position is responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing key accounts and leading complex international project logistics solutions involving heavy‑lift, oversized and high‑value cargo. This role requires deep understanding of project freight forwarding, heavy cargo operations, multi-modal transport, and end‑to‑end supply chain solutions, particularly within industries such as Oil & Gas, Energy, Power, Renewable, Infrastructure, and Industrial Projects.

Key responsibilities:

• Drive new business opportunities and expand key client accounts in project logistics.
• Build strong relationships with EPCs, OEMs, contractors, and project stakeholders
• Prepare comprehensive proposals, tenders, and transport solutions.
• Manage awarded projects, ensuring smooth execution, cost control, and client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal and global teams to deliver end-to-end logistics solutions.
• Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and networking platforms.
• Monitor budgets, control costs, and maintain project profitability.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and client requirements.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular update

Skills, knowledge, and expertise:

• Minimum 5 years in project freight forwarding (heavy lift / oversized cargo)
• Relevant degree (Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or similar), is an advantage but not mandatory
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Office 365, and CRM tools (Cargowise Preferred)
• Experience in sales, tendering, and business development
• Customer-focused and detail-oriented, with strong analytical and organizational skills
• Strong knowledge of multi-modal transport and project cargo operations
• Familiarity with Incoterms, chartering, and logistics planning
• Strong commercial mindset, client-focused approach, with strong analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure
• Willingness to travel as required
