Project Manager (eForex)

Job Purpose:

• To deliver business projects system planning, system procurement, development and project implementation at agreed cost, scope and timeline.
• To manage & coordinate enhancements and initiatives working with internal and external parties, including manage vendor, business user, IT stakeholder and etc.
• Have an eye for detail and risks and enable proactive identification, communication, escalation and management of project risks as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Execute, manage System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) & Project documentation:
• Requirement Analysis - ensure completeness of the business & system requirements
• Environment readiness
• Conduct System Integration Testing (SIT)
• Review User Acceptance Testing (UAT) tests script
• Implementation - Manage and control changes to the application objects to ensure system integrity
• Ensure compliance to the internal control and standards and also to comply with regulatory requirements.
• Ensure SDLC documentation for new systems/enhancement is in order as per GIT guideline and procedure.
• Execute corrective & remediation measures with the relevant parties relating to audit findings, ensuring actions are taken within deadline.
• Manage projects on a daily basis including tracking of timeline, monitor project status, issues, risks and change request to ensure the projects meet its goals and intended scope.

Knowledge:

• PMP, PRINCE2 practitioner or any other project management equivalent certification.
• Good working knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycle
• Knowledge of banking applications or other related retail banking applications
• Application knowledge or experience working with eForex and Treasury systems.
• Specialist for Treasury with eForex product knowledge and experience is an added advantage.
• Project managed the implementation of banking or related financial application systems
• Hands on experience in the management and systems support of banking applications.
• Min 5 years of experience in project managing in the implementation of IT application systems.
