To oversee site team members and subcontractors, ensuring efficient and productive operations.
To ensure adherence to safety practices and regulations on site, maintain a safe working environment.
To ensure compliance with internal QAQC standards through regular inspections and collaboration with internal Inspectors of Work.
To ensure effective management and utilisation of the construction budget, adhere to SOPs to optimise resources.
Maintaining effective communication with stakeholders, including subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in construction project management, preferably having prior experience in infrastructure works and JPS-related project(s)
