About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee project implementation and maintenance activities for a government-related initiative.
This role serves as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC), ensuring all project deliverables are executed on time, within scope, and in compliance with contractual requirements and service levels.
You will coordinate across multiple teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure smooth service delivery from planning through execution and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all project and maintenance matters
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor project implementation and maintenance activities
- Manage project timelines, resources, risks, and deliverables
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, SLAs, and operational procedures
- Coordinate with branch support teams and onsite technical personnel
- Conduct regular project status reviews and progress reporting
- Identify, escalate, and resolve issues impacting service delivery
- Ensure quality assurance and continuous service improvement
- Manage stakeholder communication and alignment across teams
- Support documentation and reporting for project governance
Skills & Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM, or equivalent Project Management certification (mandatory)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or service/maintenance delivery
- Strong experience in stakeholder management and client-facing roles
- Good knowledge of project planning, risk management, and service delivery processes
- Strong communication, leadership, and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple teams and priorities in a structured environment
