Project Manager

Job Summary

Our client are looking for an experienced Project Manager (Malaysia) to lead on-site implementation, manage automation & racking projects, ensure on-time/on-budget delivery, coordinate stakeholders, and maintain safety & quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead on-site implementation and daily supervision of automation & racking projects in Malaysia, complying with safety, quality and schedule requirements.

- Track project progress, adjust resources and plans to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery and customer acceptance.

- Coordinate internal teams, suppliers and subcontractors to resolve project issues.

- Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with design specifications and customer requirements.

- Support project budgeting, monitor costs and prevent overspending.

- Organize project meetings, prepare minutes, and manage site safety, tools, equipment and materials.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or above; experience in warehousing, logistics, automation or intelligent manufacturing is a plus.

- Proficient in Visio, MS Project, CAD and other project tools.

- Solid understanding of full project lifecycle management (planning, execution, monitoring, closure).

- Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

- Good team leadership and people management capabilities.

- Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese.
