Job Purpose:

Own and drive the delivery of process standardization, system/tool enhancements, crossfunctional execution, and operational metrics governance for the 24hour Dealing team. This role turns a 24/7 execution function into a stable operating model that is monitorable, auditable, repeatable, and backupready.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate Dealing Ops requirements into different plans and drive cross-team delivery across all the stakeholders.
• Lead SOP/runbook framework and ensuring version control and auditability.
• Drive enhancements to different Dealing system systems.
• Act as the single internal point of contact: consolidate requests, align priorities, manage expectations, and drive decisions.
• Other ad-hoc arrangements if needed.

Requirements:

• Min 2 -3 years experience in managing project and SOP policy making.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines.
• CFD related industry experience will be add mark.
