ABOUT JOB:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver industrial projects across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases. The role involves managing full project lifecycles, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Lead end-to-end project execution, including planning, design coordination, procurement, construction, and commissioning
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors
  • Ensure project delivery aligns with technical specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks, issues, and mitigation plans
  • Manage tendering processes, contractor selection, and contract administration
  • Oversee site execution activities to ensure safety, quality, and adherence to timelines
  • Lead project meetings, prepare reports, and provide regular updates to stakeholders
  • Ensure full compliance with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards
  • Drive continuous improvement and cost optimization initiatives

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical / Civil / Industrial or related fields)
  • Minimum 5–10 years of experience in project management within industrial sectors
  • (e.g., Energy, Manufacturing, Infrastructure)
  • Proven experience delivering EPCC / EPC / Design & Build projects
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
  • Experience in multidisciplinary coordination (civil, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation)
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
