Job Responsibilities:- Responsible for the whole process of professional technical work of the company's new park base and the construction and expansion project (professional direction of water, electricity and heating installation).
Participate in planning, design, procurement via bidding, responsible for the technical work of the construction process, responsible for the management of quality, safety, schedule and change, and organize the acceptance work.- Responsible for the data sorting of the whole process of the project from the reporting and construction to the handling of the property rights license.
Fulfil contractual obligations, supervise contract execution, confirm and implement professional technical drawings and engineering changes.
- Organize and participate in various project acceptance and signature.
Academic degree/diploma in architecture or engineering related fields.
- More than 5 years of engineering management experience, familiar with relevant requirements and process standards. _Experience in construction management of manufacturing enterprise construction projects_ (_clean plant_) is preferred.
Have the ability to manage Cross-functional teams and drive process improvement plans and be able to scientifically control the pre-project and planning design.
