Position Title: Project Manager

Job Descriptions:
- Responsible for the fulfilment management of significant, international cloud computing projects of our customer, focused on meeting project commitments, including communications with sponsors, stakeholders etc.
- Management of issues, risks, dependencies and project variation requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery. Create detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports to drive projects quickly and efficiently.
- Coordinate, plan, and facilitate all internal and external meetings. Manage conflicts with both internal and external teams and seek satisfactory resolutions
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives as it relates to improving project delivery.
- Manage project budget and resource allocation.
- Facilitate the definition of service levels and customer requirements. Interact regularly with existing or potential clients to determine their needs and to develop plans for improving delivery. Advocate on behalf of clients and represent clients needs as appropriate to senior management. Work cross-functionally to solve problems and implement changes.
- Facilitate the definition of project missions, goals, tasks, and resource requirements; resolve or assist in the resolution of conflicts within and between projects or functional areas; develop methods to monitor project or area progress; and provide corrective supervision if necessary.
- Responsibility for assembling the project staff; for their technical or functional development, performance, and/or termination during the project or projects.
- Be responsible for Public Cloud solution design, business development, and transition of projects from presales to delivery, and sales support.
Requirements:
- Preferably more than 3 years of IT / Cloud project management experience, Private Cloud & AI Delivery project experience is a plus.
- Bachelor degree and above, preferably in the fields computer science, information technology engineering or relevant courses.
- Proven working experience as a project manager in the information technology sector. Solid technical and business knowledge in IT, with understanding or hands-on experience in cloud technologies (Public Cloud such as AWS, Azure, GCP, Alibaba or Tencent Cloud).
- Experience in building AI skills and embed AI into project management workflow is a plus.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and MS Project
- PMP / PRINCE II/Scrum certification is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Chinese and English. (this role required to work in a regional team)
- Strong customer focus and extreme ownership to solving issues and complete tasks under uncertainly.
- Be able to demonstrate their experience of working effectively under pressure, across multiple cultures and complex environments.
