Must-have

·      Minimum 10 years of working experience with at least 5 years of project management experience within the IT and financial services industry.

·      Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Specify which Microsoft Office applications are essential.

·      Project management related certification such as Agile, PMP, Prince II, or equivalent.

·      Investment banking knowledge is a plus. Clarify the extent of investment banking knowledge required.

Nice-to-have

·      Master's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in computer science/information technology, computer engineering, or equivalent. Clarify if a Master's degree is mandatory or if a Bachelor's degree is sufficient.

·      Experience in a full cycle of software development lifecycle and software testing lifecycle. They can be from the Infra side or any other side as well as long as they have experience in handling the projects.
