Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and deliver IT projects within scope, timeline, and budget
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams
• Apply Agile methodologies to ensure effective project execution
• Monitor project risks, issues, and performance metrics
• Ensure compliance with organizational and industry standards
• Prepare project reports and present updates to management

Requirements:

• 57 years of relevant experience (overall experience may exceed 7 years)
• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager within the Insurance industry
• Strong understanding of Agile project management practices
• PMP certification is an added advantage but not mandatory
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
